Thank you for shopping with OllyviasBeauty. We take pride in producing high-quality custom products made specifically for each customer. Because our items are personalized and created on demand, we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy as outlined below.
1. Custom-Made Products
All items sold on our website are customized, personalized, or made to order according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase. For this reason:
- Orders cannot be returned
- Orders cannot be exchanged
- Orders cannot be refunded once production has begun or the order has been shipped
Please carefully review your order details, spelling, sizes, colors, and designs before completing your purchase.
2. Order Accuracy Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all submitted information (including names, text, addresses, sizes, colors, and selected options) is correct.
We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout. Items produced exactly as ordered will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only offer a replacement under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The item arrived damaged or defective
If this occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only allowed within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
